FULL DAY Beginner and Novice Sewing Sessions:
Week 1-July 7-11 Monday-Friday 9am-3pm
Week 2: July 14-18 Monday- Friday 9am- 3pm
Week 3: July 21-25 Monday- Friday 9am- 3pm
Schedule : 9am-12pm Sewing/ 12-12:30 pm Lunch/ 12:30-3pm Swim! Lifeguards on duty and rainy day activities are provided indoors.
Cost: $500 per student (all materials, equipment, lunch/snack and pool towels are included) Changing rooms are available.
Deposit: $200 (all payments due by 6/30/25) payable to Stephanie Rizzi mail to 94 Prospect Ave Maybrook, NY 12543
HALF DAY Beginner and Novice Sewing Sessions:
Week 1-July 7-11 Monday-Friday 9am-12:30 pm
Week 2: July 14-18 Monday- Friday 9am- 12:30 pm
Week 3: July 21-25 Monday- Friday 9am- 12:30 pm
Schedule : 9am-12pm Sewing/ 12-12:30 pm Lunch/ 12:30-3pm Swim! Lifeguards on duty and rainy day activities are provided indoors.
Cost: $350 per student (all materials, equipment, and lunch. There is NO SWIMMING for the 1/2 day program and kids must be picked up at 12:30 pm (after lunch)

Cancellation policy
Due to limited capacity, we do not offer cancellations and refunds. We will allow you to change the week(s) booked to another week if space allows.
Beginner Session Program
Students will work at their own pace. Although there are 4 projects planned, more can be added for those students who perform faster than anticipated.

Students will apply everything from the beginner session plus the below.

Sewing a curve
How to manipulate the fabric to sew a curve
How to pin curves
How to cut curves
Cut/assemble a pattern
Students learn the specifications for patterns
How to read pattern instructions for grain, stretch and folds
Students cut out a pattern based on their size
Students piece together the pattern
Students pin the pattern to their fabric and learn cutting techniques
How to use interfacing
Interfacing to stabilize stitches
